Cookie Policy

deptle.com sets exactly one kind of cookie: the authentication cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. It is strictly necessary for the site to function, which is why the law does not require us to ask your consent for it — and why there is no cookie banner on this site.

We use no analytics cookies, no advertising or targeting cookies, no social-media pixels, and no third-party trackers of any kind. We also use no browser local storage.

When you sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets a session cookie on deptle.com:

• Name: sb-kdkihvkteoxcwemipxbl-auth-token (for larger sessions the browser may store it split into numbered parts with the same prefix);
• Purpose: holds your encrypted session so that page requests and API calls can be authenticated as you — without it, signing in is impossible;
• Type: strictly necessary, first-party, set by deptle.com only;
• Lifetime: persists while your session is active and is removed when you sign out (or when it expires and cannot be refreshed).

The cookie does not track your browsing, is not shared with advertisers, and is not used for profiling. What it contains and how account data is handled are described in the Privacy Policy.

Every major browser lets you view, delete, or block cookies per site (usually under Settings → Privacy). You are free to delete or block ours at any time. Because our only cookie is the one that authenticates you, blocking it has exactly one effect: you will not be able to sign in or use your dashboard. The public parts of the site work without any cookies at all.

If we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary (for example, analytics), we will update this policy, show its new effective date, and ask for your consent before any such cookie is set, as the law requires. Questions? Contact [email protected].
